MotulTech proposes a program of various Lubes Monitoring based on physico-chemical analysis of customer samples
- to detect possible water hardness, pH or concentration deviation (water based cleaners or MWF)
- to detect accidental pollution or contamination of oils
- to measure oil viscosity
- to monitor drasticity properties (Quenchant).
The monitoring is conducted according to appropriate procedures of sample collection done by user at determined frequency and specific analysis sequences done by our lab.
Every monitoring report gives technical recommendation and provides guidelines for curative and preventive maintenance when requested.
In addition to the above, our Service Lab is able to contact ad-hoc expertise to contribute to specific trouble shooting.
